“Our biggest challenge to date was transferring all our old data from MYOB into Xero and restructuring the whole accounting and bookkeeping process and incorporating a Practice Management Software system (that is not seamless). Maree has been instrumental in diligently working through all our software issues linking Xero to our Practice Software and correcting, applying and allocating transactions to ensure a more streamlined and functional business model. The ongoing issues with the integration of Halaxy and Xero have been and continue to be a headache, however both Maree and Lucy are always willing to go the extra mile to assist wherever possible and definitely go above and beyond their service agreement with us.”
