Can you tell us a bit about your business and what inspired you to start it?

I got to a point in my trade where I felt bored, I decided to take the leap and just figured if I didn’t try now I would regret it, so far so good.

What’s one of the biggest challenges you have faced and how did you overcome it?

I don’t think I’ve had any huge challenges touch wood, running a business is a pretty constant challenge so just trying to keep ahead of things and learning when to have a break have been huge for me.

What has been your biggest success or win so far?

I honestly think my biggest win is the feedback we get from our clients its always been a goal of mine to provide outstanding customer service and hearing back from clients is a big win.

How has working with us impacted your business?

In my first year of business my xero was constantly behind, I never really knew what I was looking at in terms of where the company sat. I think within 2 weeks of working with ALTR my xero was 100% up to date I knew exactly what was coming in and going out and its honestly been such a game changer for us.

What’s one thing you know now you wish you’d know when you started your business?

You leave a employment to stop working 9-5 ……. To then start working  5-9. Now I think I’ve learnt to take proper breaks otherwise everything else in you life lacks.
